Rational Energy was started by John Hutchinson BSc MSc CEng in 2022 after experiencing the frustration of struggling to find a heating engineer or renewable energy business that was able to take responsibility for a complex inter-connected energy system .
John has 30 years experience in the engineering industry spanning from pumps, fans, motors, HVAC in range of industries including aerospace and defence.
